Refund and cancellation policy

The 3 free ads

Nothing to pay, nothing to cancel. The ads are yours to run even if you never buy from us.

A batch

• Cancel before work starts (before your brief is complete) and we refund you in full.
• Once work has started, the batch is due, except under our guarantees below.

The monthly plan

• Cancel at any time by writing to sevan@saidso.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and that month's batches are still delivered.
• We do not refund partial months, except under our guarantees below.
• If you paid several months upfront and stop early, we refund the months that have not started.

Our guarantees

• Late delivery: if we miss the 48-hour delivery after a complete brief, the batch is refunded in full.
• Wrong product detail: if a frame gets your product wrong, we redo it within 24 hours of your message.
• No winner: if none of at least 8 ads from a batch, run for 7 days at your usual budget, beats the click-through rate of your current best ad, your next batch is free.

How to ask for a refund

Write to sevan@saidso.studio with your brand name and the date of your order. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
