What we collect
- When you request free ads: your name, work email, brand website, monthly ad budget range and, if you add it, a link to one of your ads.
- When you email us or work with us: your messages and the files you send.
- When you pay: Stripe processes your payment details. We receive your name, email, billing details and the status of the payment, never your full card number.
- When you visit the site: our host keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools.
Why we use it
To answer your request, make your free ads, deliver and bill our services, and keep our business records. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives the form submissions.
- Hostinger, which runs our email.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces and so receives your IP address when a page loads.
These providers may process data in the United States and in other countries, under their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order: 24 months. Client and billing records: as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to sevan@saidso.studio. We answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your request (steps before a contract), the contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in answering business emails, and you can complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information; we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
